Cherries Baby!

The last two weeks have been super duper busy and I'm not done yet with all this busyness. But I thought I'd sneak in a few photos of my 1940's cherry suit and my fabulous new shoes from Modcloth.

(Another rainy day, another photo shoot on the porch.)

Next week I'll give you all the dirt on the pattern the fabric... you know all that fun stuff and why I don't wear lipstick. :)

  1. I am so sad I can't buy shoes from Modcloth - well, I can, but they're so awkward that I'd have to return them probably and shipping shoes back to the US is just not in my budget right now! These ones are so pretty as well... I'm adoring a cherry suit - that is so fabulous! You look great in it! And I've been looking for a wicker bag like yours here for two years and haven't found one this kind of size which is what I'm after yet. Jealous!!

    1. That's exactly what I was afraid of too..shipping them back from Canada was not going to be an option. If you look they are slightly too big but now that I know how that shoe company fits my feet I can order them confidently. That being said it is still way more pricey with exchange and duty so I'm going to have to looovvveeee the shoe to want to order them.

  2. I love the red trim! It really makes the suit lines pop in the busy cherry print. Great job!

    1. Thanks! I lucked out one day at my local thrift store and picked up 5 pairs of different coloured gloves.
Hope your birthday was just peachy!
